Age Restrictions
In accordance with Triathlon BC and Triathlon Canada regulations, participants who are 3 years old must turn 4 before the end of the current calendar year to be eligible for participation. Similarly, participants who are 15 years old must not turn 16 before the end of the calendar year.
Athletes are required to compete within their designated age group. However, if a participant feels unprepared to compete at their current age level, they may request permission to participate in a lower age group with shorter distances. Such requests should be directed to the Race Director via email for consideration.
Day-of-Race Insurance
All participants must either be a current Tri BC Member for the 2025 season or purchase the Day-of-Race Insurance of $5.50.
Payment and Cancellation
1. Online Registration closes at 5:00 PM on July 26, 2025, OR when registration is full.
2. There is an online processing fee applied to all online registrations and products/race-day insurance for this event.
3. 5% GST will be applied to your registration at checkout.
4. All funds payable in Canadian Dollars.
5. VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover Card accepted.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Most of our event expenses are incurred before race day as we prepare to put on a high-quality event for you and your little one. To maintain the sustainability of the event, if something happens that prevents you from participating, we'd be happy to offer you a deferral into next year's event. We are also happy to transfer your race entry to a friend or family member that you've lined up to take your place before the July 26th deadline. Refunds are available if you purchased the additional race protection through Race Shield and you meet the requirements.
