Witch City 5K Road Race
We’re so excited you’ll be joining us for the 2025 Salem YMCA Witch City 5K Road Race on October 4th! By participating, you’re not just running a race—you’re supporting the Y’s mission to strengthen our community. Your involvement helps ensure that programs like swim safety, childcare, and youth development remain accessible to everyone who needs them. Your commitment to this event helps support the Salem YMCA. We can’t wait to see you at the starting line.
Run through the haunted streets of Salem - the ghouls, ghosts and goblins will be with you in spirit this year!
Race Date: October 4th; Race start at 9:00am.
No refunds will be offered.
Timing Provided by Bay State Race Services
Swag: Tee Shirt (while supplies last, size not quaranteed). Shirts must be picked up by the start of the race.
Pick up: Shirts and bibs will be available on race day beginning at 7:00am at the Salem Willows at Dead Horse Beach. There is not pre-race day pick up.

Results/Awards: The results will be posted at race end and emailed to participants later in the day.
Medals will be awarded to overall 1st place female and male runners (no double dipping).
First Place Salem Resident female and Male
Top 3 female and male runners in the following age groups: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29. 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+.
Top 3 nonbinary runners and top 3 wheelchair finishers.
