Event Information

Unable to join us at one of our 12 locations across Wisconsin? Run the Festival Foods Turkey Trot virtually by starting the 2-Mile Walk or Fun Run, or 5-Mile Run, at your home or destination of choice.

All participants who take part in the virtual event will receive a FREE t-shirt, gift card towards pumpkin pie, and race day bib.

There will be no packet pick up as packets will be mailed directly to participants starting Nov. 13, 2025 to ensure all product arrives prior to Thanksgiving.

Shirt Size Change?

Check out these steps that helped other participants change their shirt size!

  1. Visit your Participant Dashboard by clicking HERE
  2. Once signed in, navigate to “View Registration” for this year's event
  3. Navigate to “Edit Registration”
  4. Choose the “Products” tab, next to “Personal Information,” and use the drop-down menu under the “Long Sleeve Shirt!” to choose your preferred size.
  5. Once completed, choose “Save & Exit”
Event Distance Change?

Check out these steps that helped other participants change their distance!

  1. Navigate to the “Transfer” button, under “Register” *please note, you may have to sign in to move forward with next step
  2. Navigate to “Transfer to new sub-event”
  3. Use the drop-down menu to choose your preferred distance, and choose “Start Transfer”
  4. Enter and confirm your registration details, and choose “Submit Order”
  5. Complete the transfer registration form
Remember:

Shirt pick-up is not available after the event, so please plan in advance to pick yours up during the designated times on Wednesday and Thursday.

You can pick up packages for your friends and family members, but you will need a copy of their QR code/confirmation email, so please have it with you.
