Practice schedule
All practices led by Head Coach Sean Garbutt
Wednesdays, choose either 5:45 AM or 6:00 PM
Sundays 7:00 AM
Format
Group training for local races on an annual plan with pace groups
Training plans for out-of-town team races (e.g. World Marathon Majors)
NO personal coaching
Team member expectations
Agree to the Code of Conduct
Complete 4 volunteer hours per quarter
Attend at least 75% of practices (exceptions for injuries or travel)
Participate in at least 75% of local races on team race calendar
Registration fees
Prices are inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees
