5K/HALF TRAINING
Are you ready for some fun? Are you ready to get the “Running Bug”? Be HEALTHIER? Learn to RUN and LOVE doing it?
Then join the Charlotte Running Co Fast Feet Run Training Program. This is a training program designed for all levels of runners who are looking to build endurance and train for the next level of running and racing.
Program Includes:
- Coordinated weekly group long run
- Coordinated speed work session
- Tips and clinics on proper training methods, nutrition, strength training, form and running physiology and psychology.
- Support via email and onsite offered during the course from RRCA certified running coaches.
- Training specific for a marathon, half marathon, 10K or 5K
- Pace groups for all levels, Walk/Run groups, and Walk Only Group.
5K/10K Training Program - $65
- Kick Off Meeting on January 21 from 6:00-7:00 PM at Charlotte Running Company-Riverwalk
- Program starts January 28 at Charlotte Running Company-Riverwalk
- Group runs on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 7:00 AM
- Race training is for Come See Me Road Races on April 5 in Rock Hill
Half Marathon Training Program - $80
- Kick Off Meeting on January 21 from 6:00-7:00 PM at Charlotte Running Company-Riverwalk
- Program starts February 1 at Charlotte Running Company-Riverwalk
- Group runs on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 7:00 AM, locations vary
- Race training is for Mountains to Mainstreet Half Marathon on May 17 in Greenville, SC
- Other races to choose will be Racefest, New River Half, or another race of participants choosing April/May timeframe
