Run or walk 5km, 10km, up to 50km to raise money for Vanier Children's Mental Health Services

To celebrate turning 50, I’m taking on 50 kilometers to raise $50,000 for Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness, and I want YOU to join me!


Donate, Volunteer or Take on 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, or all 50 kilometers and help make a difference for kids and families in our community. Whether you’re running, walking, volunteering, or cheering from the sidelines, this is a celebration of movement and impact. Need to Knows

New 5K Route:

  • This is an "out and back" style of run (Westminster Dr. and Bells Rd. only)
  • Start time at 11:45am
  • No water on route
  • Turn-around point at 2.5km
  • Swag "Loot" bag included
  • Not officially timed - sign in/out process

General Information for 10K Loop:

  • This is a 10 km loop - opens at 7am and closes at 2pm (see below)
  • Do 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 Loops
  • Water/electrolytes station at 5km
  • Porta-potty at the 5km aide station
  • Lots of snacks, water, electrolytes at home base.
  • Walk, run or a combo of both
  • We will have an "official" 10km start at 11:30am
  • Kids 1km at 11am (out and back all on the property)
  • Porta-potties on site
  • Bag-drop on site
  • Timing will be a sign in/out process and is not chip-timed
  • Swag "Loot" Bag - Race bib, shirt, medal, etc.

Loop 10km:

Start at 9606 Westminster Dr. ---> West to Westminster Dr. and Bells Rd. ---> South on Bells Rd. to Littlewood Dr. ---> East on Littlewood Dr. to Woodhull Rd. ---> North on Woodhull Rd. to Westminster Dr. ----> West on Westminster Dr. to 9606 Westminster Dr.

Parking:

There will be NO PARKING on-site. There will be some parking on Westminster Drive.

Please park at Harvesters Baptist Church at 9488 Westminster Dr. (just 500m east of the event). The Church has kindly offered to open their doors for washrooms and changing areas during the event.


Are you looking to spend the night? Best Western Stoneridge Inn has secured a special rate of $139/night for anyone who would like to book a room.
