This celebration of fitness and community will take place on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Gates Park Field – Gates 3 South (Grass Field at Back), Port Coquitlam, and promises a fun-filled morning for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned runner or prefer to walk, this event is designed to bring together the Tri-City area for an unforgettable day.

Starting at 9:00 AM, participants will run or walk a scenic route through Gates Park and surrounding areas, highlighting the beauty of Port Coquitlam.

• Be sure to get to the start line before 8:40AM

ROUTE - OUT & BACK

The event will wrap up by noon and feature food vendors, entertainment, and a lively post-race celebration.

In the spirit of Canada Day, this event is also a tribute to our rich heritage, diverse communities, and the values that make our country strong — unity, kindness, and resilience.

A portion of the race proceeds will go to Canadian Red Cross with a goal of donating at least $5,000.00 to support the community.
