2025 Fair Oaks Chicken Run Vendor & Sponsor Application
Join us as a sponsor or vendor for the 44th annual Fair Oaks Sun Run on May 4, 2025, supporting the San Juan Education Foundation. 1,500 runners and walkers are expected between the 5 Mile Chicken Run, 2 Mile Rooster Ramble, and Chicken Chase Kids' Runs.
Vendor Space ($150)
For $150 you can promote your business or organization in-person to Fair Oaks Sun Run participants and spectators in the post-race festival near the finish line. You will receive a 10' x 10' space with the option to rent a white canopy tent for $50. A 6' table and two chairs are included.
Presenting Sponsor ($7,500)
The presenting sponsor is limited to one company and includes the following benefits:
- Company name included as Presenting Sponsor in Fair Oaks Chicken Run title
- Listed as a sponsor of the race on all press releases and print advertising
- Placement in event marketing emails and social media posts
- Social media post announcing sponsorship
- Company logo included on the race website and the San Juan Education Foundation homepages and linked to company website
- Company logo on the back of race t-shirts (large placement at top)
- Receive public address announcements periodically during the course of the event
- Company logo placement on photo step & repeat backdrop (if sponsorship confirmed by April 6, 2025)

Photo Sponsor ($3,000)
The Photo Sponsor makes free downloadable race photos available to all finishers! Exposure includes:
- Company logo placement overlayed on all participant photos
- Company name mentioned everywhere free photos are promoted
- Listed as a sponsor of the race on all press releases and print advertising
- Placement in event marketing emails and social media posts
- Social media post announcing sponsorship
