RED'S RACE FOR A BETTER COMMUNITY



The 42nd Annual Red's Race “Race for a Better Community” 2025 is a 5 mile road race and 2.4 mile walking course, open to anyone interested in either running or walking in this annual event. Participants span from the serious runner to recreational joggers enjoying a challenging, yet beautiful running course, to families and community members of all ages and sizes walking the 2.4 mile walking route.

When you take part in this historic community event, you are also helping to raise much needed funds for two local non-profit organizations that provide important services in Strafford County. Bonus!

Reds Race is the 3rd race of the 2024 Dover Race Series. Join the series now at www.doverraceseries.com and start your trek to earn the DRS jacket while supporting our community!

Online registration closes at 12:00 pm on April 10, 2025. Please join us at Red's Shoe Barn on April 11th during bib pick up or the morning of April 12th to register after April 10th.

Event Info

Bib pick up will be held Friday, April 11th, the day before the event, at Red's Shoe Barn from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm in addition to day of at City Hall. All runners will receive a 10% discount for the week following the event at Red's Shoe Barn when they bring their bib in to shop.
