Bib Collection
Where can I collect my bib?
You will be able to collect your bib on the Saturday prior to event day, or on race morning.
We encourage all participants to collect their bib prior to race morning, otherwise they may experience delays which may impact their experience at the race.
Bib Collection is at Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre.
Friday 16th May – 3pm - 7pm
Saturday 17th May – 11am - 6pm
Sunday 18th May – From 5:20am
Bibs can be collected from the Athletics NSW Foyer. You can access the Athletics NSW foyer by following the stairs down into the Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre Reception. Once you have entered the Athletic Centre, on your left you will see the entrance into the Athletics NSW office and will see the bib collection set up in the foyer.
I purchased bib collection and haven't received it yet?
We understand that the majority of bibs have now arrived at the address specified in your registration. However, we are aware there are still a small number of bibs still expected to arrive by Wednesday 14th May.
If you have not yet received it by Wednesday, please fill out the form here.
I purchased bib postage and then changed waves/distance, what do I need to do?
Athletes who have received a bib in the mail but have changed wave/distance since 13th April, please note you will have to collect a new bib during the following hours:
- Friday 16th May – 3pm - 7pm
- Saturday 17th May – 11am - 6pm
- Sunday 18th May - From 5:20am
Please also bring your original bib to exchange.
Can someone else collect my bib?
Yes, they can, they will just need your confirmation receipt.
What happens if I lose my bib?
You will need to report to the bib collection area during the designated opening times and our staff will be able to assist you.
Course Information
Where is the Course? Is it accurate
The course runs through many of the landmarks of Sydney Olympic Park. Starting on Dawn Fraser Avenue runs through Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre, around the Accor Stadium and finishing on the Athletics Track.
It is fast and flat and perfect for participants of all standards to run that elusive PB.
The course is AIMS certified. A fancy way of saying it is 100% accurate.

Is there a drink station?
Yes, there are two water stations on the course. Please view the course map to see the locations
There is no water station for the Family Fun Run.
Water and fruit will be available at the finish line
Pacers
Sydney Striders will be the official pacers for the 2025 Sydney 10. We will have athletes to cover the following times:
- 40mins
- 45mins
- 50mins
- 55mins
- 60 mins
- 65mins
Race Day
What time should I arrive?
In general, if you have already registered and received your race pack (you have your race number and timing chip), you should arrive at the race venue no later than 30 minutes prior to your race start time.
If you still need to collect your race bib or register, you should arrive no later than 1 hour prior to your race start time.
How do I get there Is there a parking area?
Below is a map of the key parking areas P1, P2, P3 & P4. As well as the closest train station (Olympic Park).
You can park in one of the Sydney Olympic Park parking stations. We strongly suggest you park in P2 (aquatic centre) and walk to the start which is at Accor Stadium (corner of Edwin Flack and Dawn Fraser). For more information on parking, please click here

Is there a bag drop?
There will be NO designated bag drop area available.
