2025 VFAC Summerfast 10km

1. Race Package Pick-Up

Thursday, July 3rd 2-7 PM (TBC),

Friday, July 4th 2-6:30 PM (TBC)

at Forerunners Main St.

Out of towners may pick up their race packages on the morning of the race at the finish line area (Ceperley Picnic Area) from 6:30 AM - 7:45 AM.

You may pick up race packages for other racers provided you have a copy of their email confirmation for the race.

2. Race Weekend Registration is available at package pickup and on race morning for $65 if space permits. We will accept credit card or cash.

3. Registration is non-refundable. Transfers will be permitted until online registration closes - use the Transfer option on your participant dashboard to transfer your entry to another person. Transfers will be subject to a $7 transfer fee.

4. Summerfast 10k Run Team Challenge sponsored by Freehouse Collective

The winning crew will get their names on the Run Crew trophy, a cake to share, Instagram recognition & bragging rights, and gift certificates for Freehouse Collective restaurants to celebrate the win.

• Points are calculated by the number of members finishing the event (1 point each) + additional points for the fastest teams.

• Fastest teams get points based on the sum of their top 6 athletes’ age graded % (1st=5, 2nd=3, 3rd=2, 4th=1)

• Second team will also be receiving a cake to share and refuel post race.

A very limited number of extra shirts in various sizes will be ordered on top of the pre-ordered quantities, and will be available for purchase at package pickup.

If you have already registered and would like to add a T-shirt to your order, please contact the race director. Please note that T-shirts cannot be added to your registration once the order window has closed.
