Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound School

Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound (formerly known as Thompson Island Outward Bound) is an education center located in the heart of the Boston Harbor with a core mission of building stronger, more equitable school communities by delivering free experiential learning programs that boost academic success and foster personal growth. Our flagship program model, Connections, is a multi-year program which provides 6th through 8th grade students with hands-on field science lessons and social-emotional development through Outward Bound's unique approach to building leadership, compassion, and service.

We are thrilled to be a part of the Numbers for Nonprofits Charity Program for the 2025 ASICS Falmouth Road Race for the second time, and to invite 10 runners to be a part of Team Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound for this year's race. Help us reach our goal!
