Over 8.6 million people engage with the Society each year. We continue to make progress toward MS cures by breaking down global barriers and bringing all perspectives to the table.

- People with MS can count on experienced guides to assist in anticipating and navigating the challenges of MS.
- An MS diagnosis is nothing to fear - because there's a cure.
To create that future, we:
- Provide information, connections, and support so people can be more than their MS.
- Advance healthcare access for all.
- Lead the global effort to cure MS as fast as possible.
Finish MS is just one of the many fundraising campaigns organized by the National MS Society. We are excited to be back at the Falmouth Road Race this year, where our runners will add meaning to their miles to help us cure MS - once and for all.
