The Lead Out Foundation exists to enhance the lives and foster greater independence for those affected by mobility and accessibility challenges. We accomplish this goal by providing Quality of Life Grants to fund various needs such as Durable Medical Equipment, Social and Physical Adaptive Equipment (IE swing sets, tricycles, bikes) and other ADA/accessibility related projects to support a child or adults independence.
