We are committed to funding education, health and social enrichment initiatives for children. With a focus on programs that allow kids to be healthy, explore their worlds and build confidence, our goal is to create opportunities for all children to lead healthy, happy, inspired lives. Why Not A Pear is memorialized after Richard A. Perry, our Founder’s father. Richard was passionate about family, sports, education and serving the greater good – this foundation is a tribute to his life of dedicated community service.
Why Not a Pear seeks to support organizations, programs or individuals where our contributions can have the most impact. Our team works to identify opportunities to provide funds and volunteer hours wherever we can have the most direct, positive impact. We strive to continuously support local schools, camps and programs — as well as individuals who are in need. Your contributions and support allow us to continue to help others.
