Hi there –
Nearly three years ago, I had a stroke while out on a run. The impact was immediate and life-changing — and recovery has been an ongoing process ever since.
I’m still in speech and physical therapy, which help me maintain my goals and continue working toward the things I love — including running. This past year brought some major personal milestones: I started a new job and hit the 1,000-day mark in my recovery — both reminders of how far I’ve come.
I couldn’t have gotten to this point without the people who fully support me. Their encouragement makes the hard moments feel a little more manageable, and I’m deeply grateful.
This summer, I’m running the 2025 ASICS Falmouth Road Race, once again fundraising for the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts (BIA-MA). Their work has made a real difference in my life and in the lives of so many others affected by brain injury.

Thank you for coming to my page to make a donation toward my efforts to support the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts (BIA-MA)!
BIA-MA strives to create a better future for all those affected by brain injury. The purpose of the organization is to educate the public on the risk and impact of brain injury, to promote programs that educate and prevent those injuries, to advocate for improved legislation, and to offer support and resources to individuals with brain injuries, their caregivers, and their families.
