Fundraising for IBD Cures!
I was diagnosed with colitis in 2004, when I was 3 years old. Throughout my childhood there were trips to the hospital and doctors’ office and I have had the most amazing doctors. They were able to find medications and a diet that works to allow me to keep my symptoms managed. The last few years I have been in medical remission with no symptoms!!!
Colitis hasn’t stopped me from being able to do the things I love, but for some people that is not the case. This year I am so excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation to help find a cure!
