My Story…
I’m excited to announce that I’m running the Falmouth Road Race to raise funds for the Jack Trottier Foundation (JTF), a remarkable organization dedicated to helping individuals living with spinal cord injuries. Founded in 2021, JTF’s mission is to positively impact those living with spinal cord injuries by fostering independence, providing access to innovative opportunities, and offering resources to enhance quality of life. Through its three core programs—Quality of Life Grants, Advanced Recreation Therapy, and Education—JTF has approved 54 grants across New England, impacted over 100 individuals with recreation therapy, and expanded its reach to 10 states, including a $30,000 initiative to launch an adolescent program at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. By supporting JTF through my run, I aim to contribute to their holistic approach to spinal cord injury recovery, helping individuals live more independent and fulfilling lives.
