My Story…
This year, I’m lacing up my running shoes to honor the life and legacy of my brother, Major David Brodeur. As I take on the Falmouth Road Race, every step will be in his memory, a testament to the extraordinary person he was and the lasting impact he made.
David was more than a brother to me, he was my hero. His courage, dedication, and compassion were unmatched. As a decorated Air Force pilot, all around family man, and friend, David lived a life of service to others, always putting others before himself. His strength and selflessness continue to inspire me every day.
The Major David Brodeur Memorial Foundation was created to ensure his legacy endures, supporting causes that reflect his values in leadership, service, education, and community. Through scholarships and educational grants, the foundation is making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, just as David would have wanted.
I am unbelievably proud to be his sister and to carry his memory forward through this race. Running in his honor is a way to celebrate his life and ensure his light continues to shine.
Any donation, big or small, is deeply appreciated and goes directly toward supporting the foundation’s mission. Together, we can continue David’s legacy of service and create opportunities that empower others to lead and serve as he did.
Thank you for your generosity and for helping me honor my brother in this meaningful way.
