Help Bennett raise money

Hello everyone and thank you for finding my fundraising page! 

I will be raising $1500 and running a 10k race in Falmouth, Cape Cod on August 17th, 2025. All donations will go to the Parkinsons foundation to help research medications, fight the disease, and find a cure! 

I am raising the money and racing for my father Jim who has battled Parkinson's Disease for a little over 15 years now. I can recall when my dad was first diagnosed with Parkinson's. I didn't really understand what it was, or how it affected the mind or body. As the years pushed on, so did the disease. Over those years my father was stripped of his favorite activities and his ability to move independently. Nonetheless, my dad and others fighting Parkinson's are the strongest, most unyielding people I know, and there are always valuable lessons to learn from them each day.
