I am happy to call myself an employee, patient and supporter of Community Health Center for the past decade. Those who know me understand I have a passion for making a difference in my community, and that is exactly why I am taking part of this event. The team at Community Health Center does an amazing job day in and day out to improve the health of so many people in our community.
I was proud to represent CHC in the 2024 Falmouth Road Race and am happy fundraise on their behalf again for this year's event. I appreciate any support that you can provide for this journey!

Description
Thank you for visiting my page, and for supporting me in the 2025 ASICS Falmouth Road Race. I am proud to be able to run and fundraise to support Community Health Center, and their efforts to support increased access to integrated care services for more than 25,000 individuals on the Cape, Islands and beyond.
Your support is so welcome and appreciated. It will help me to reach my fundraising goal to participate in the August 17 event, and it will support an outstanding cause in CHC.
