My Story…

This year, I am running the 2025 Falmouth Road Race on behalf of WellStrong, a nonprofit that supports individuals in recovery through fitness, mindfulness and community. Their work creates an environment of healing, strength and empowerment. I’ve been in recovery for over 6 years and I’m proud to be part of Team WellStrong (for the 4th year in a row!)  I’m grateful for any support! 🩵
