My Story…
This August, I’m lacing up my running shoes for the Falmouth Road Race — not just for myself, but for a cause that’s close to my heart. As someone living with an autoimmune disease, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with these invisible illnesses. That’s why I’m running to support the Lupus Foundation New England, alongside my dear friend who bravely battles lupus every day.
Lupus is a complex, chronic autoimmune disease that affects millions, yet it remains widely misunderstood. The foundation works tirelessly to fund research, provide resources, and support those affected — and I want to help further that mission.
Every step I take is dedicated to the warriors fighting lupus and other autoimmune diseases. If you can, please consider donating to help make a difference. Together, we can bring hope, awareness, and support to those who need it most.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
