My Story…
Hi, I’m Whitney—and this year, my husband Brenton and I are proud to be running the Falmouth Road Race on behalf of Metro Housing|Boston.
Together, we work in the field of affordable multifamily housing, and we’ve seen the impact that stable, secure housing can have on a person’s life. We've also seen the challenges—how a single unexpected hardship can leave a family without a place to call home.
That’s where Metro Housing|Boston comes in.
Each year, Metro Housing empowers over 25,000 households across Greater Boston to move from crisis to stability. Whether helping someone avoid eviction, secure an affordable apartment, or access essential housing resources, this organization provides personalized support when it matters most. They don’t just offer services—they offer hope.
We're running to support that mission—and we’re asking for your help.
Every dollar raised goes directly to Metro Housing’s work supporting families and individuals in need. Every donation—no matter the size—makes a real difference. A $10 gift could help cover transportation for a housing appointment. A $50 gift could help someone stay in their home. Collectively, these contributions become the bridge between homelessness and housing stability.
If you believe, like we do, that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to live, we’d be honored to have your support.
Thank you for cheering us on and helping make “home” a reality for so many.
With gratitude,
Whitney & Brenton
