If you know me, you know I have struggled with Mental Health for quite a few years now. I am lucky enough to have the support from my family & friends, access to a darn good therapist and help from medication.
Not everyone is this lucky. Not everyone has access to resources, education and support they need and deserve. Help me help them. Help me support those who struggle every single day with no reprieve. Help support education on mental health, for those who struggle, and for those in supporting roles.
People don’t need to be alone, they need to be supported. 💚
