Help Liam raise money

For participating in The 2025 ASICS Falmouth Road Race

My Story…

I'm running the Falmouth Road Race to support Girls On The Run, aka GOTR.  This program teaches young girls strategies to overcome challenges, empowers them to make good decisions, shows them the power of teamwork, and ultimately trains them to complete a 5K road race.

This past spring I watched my wife, Kaitlyn, help coach our nine-year-old daughter, Quinn, and 24 other elementary school girls through the eight week GOTR program.  At the end of the eight weeks, our entire family went into Boston to cheer for Quinn, her teammates, and thousands of other Massachusetts girls as they completed their first official 5k.

Watching Kaitlyn and Quinn go through the program together, and witnessing the results, was inspiring.  I hope that by raising awareness and funds, I can help the program reach even more girls in other communities across the state and country.

Thank you for any contribution you're willing/able to make.

Description

Girls on the Run is more than a running program. Through GOTR's program, trained coaches implement the research-based curriculum that builds lifelong healthy habits. Girls learn the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of physical activity, as well as tools for navigating the challenges of adolescence. Each season concludes with a 5K event where the girls run at their own pace, giving them a sense of achievement and a framework for setting and achieving life goals.
