My Story…

Hi everyone! My sister Alexa and I will be running the Falmouth Road Race this summer in honor of our mom’s battle with cancer. As the years have passed without her opportunities like these to give back while also having fun is what makes us feel the closest to her. Tommy’s place embodies all of the things my mom stood for- generosity, selflessness, and compassion. We can remember how impressed our mom was with just the idea of Tommy’s place. Although she is not here with us we are so grateful she’s been able to be apart of it come to life through the room in her honor. We are forever appreciative to those who donate and help keep our mom’s memory alive!

Tommy's Place Provides Over 100 Free Vacations Per Year on Cape Cod!

Tommy's Place owns and operates two 10+ bedroom year-round magical vacation homes for kids fighting cancer.  The homes are located in Falmouth and Centerville on Cape Cod. One family at a time, along with their extended family and friends, visits for a one week, free of charge, dream vacation to relax, make memories and most importantly have FUN!

Tommy's Place homes are equipped with inground swimming pools, game rooms, movie theatres, home taverns, arts + crafts rooms, music rooms, chef's kitchens, and much, much more.  A magical experience for the entire family! 
 
Since opening in July of 2021, nearly 300 families have vacationed at one of the Tommy's Place homes. In 2024, Tommy's Place began offering 104 magical vacations per year at its two vacation homes. Tommy's Place receives guest referrals from 11 New England children's hospitals and all families are placed through a lottery system. Guests are aged 3-17, actively being treated for pediatric cancer, and living permanently and full-time in New England.
