My Story
As someone who has benefited directly from C.W.C, I jumped at the chance to help support such an incredible organization. From free healthy meals, to gift cards for the most magical acupuncturist, and discovering a welcoming gym, C.W.C had a huge role in my journey healing from breast cancer.
Now that I'm getting back into fighting shape and almost four years cancer free, I want to do my part to support those in the midst of their battle. I'm so excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race and fundraising for Cape Wellness Collaborative! 💪

Description
Cape Wellness Collaborative's (CWC) mission is to help residents of Cape Cod and the Islands who are facing cancer feel better through integrative therapies, nourishing meals, and emotional support services.
Integrative therapies like massage, acupuncture, yoga, and more can significantly ease the physical and emotional side effects of cancer treatment and recovery. Yet most of these therapies are not covered by insurance, making them inaccessible to many when they’re needed most.
CWC bridges that gap. We connect individuals facing cancer with trusted, local practitioners who provide integrative care—and we cover the cost. Our model keeps care close to home, compassionate, and accessible.
Today, we serve approximately 1,100 people each year. Through our Wellness Eats program, we’ve also provided more than 18,000 handcrafted, nourishing meals to clients and caregivers across our community. We also host monthly support group meetings at our HQ in South Yarmouth.
Our goal is simple and deeply meaningful: to help people feel better—physically, emotionally, and holistically—while navigating cancer.
