On August 17th, we’re running the 2025 Falmouth Road Race in support of the Ellie Fund and in memory of our mom & aunt, Kristen Ward.
Kristen battled breast cancer for years, fighting courageously until she passed in December 2023. During her fight with breast cancer, the Ellie Fund not only supported her but also helped our family by providing grocery gift cards and housekeeping services. The Ellie Fund was there for us, easing the everyday stresses and providing much-needed relief.
The Ellie Fund is an incredible organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients and their families by providing essential services such as transportation to medical appointments, childcare, housekeeping, and groceries. By alleviating these everyday burdens, the Ellie Fund enables patients to focus on their recovery. Every donation directly funds these vital services, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those facing breast cancer.
