My Story…

Hi all, I am thrilled to announce once again that I'll be running the Falmouth Road Race in support of Tommy's Place. This will be my sixth Falmouth, and now my second time running with this awesome team.

Tommy's Place is a foundation that provides memorable Cape vacations to families with children battling cancer. This cause is especially meaningful to my family, as we lost my cousin Patrick White to cancer in 2005. I also witnessed my close friend Dylan McClorey courageously battle the same disease for much of his childhood. 

Their strength and resilience continue to inspire me to live life positively and with purpose. Together we can contribute to brightening the days of these kids who too have fought so hard.

Your support means the world, and I can't wait to hit the road with the team in August. Thank you and Let's Go!

Tommy's Place Provides Over 100 Free Vacations Per Year on Cape Cod!

Tommy's Place owns and operates two 10+ bedroom year-round magical vacation homes for kids fighting cancer.  The homes are located in Falmouth and Centerville on Cape Cod. One family at a time, along with their extended family and friends, visits for a one week, free of charge, dream vacation to relax, make memories and most importantly have FUN!

Tommy's Place homes are equipped with inground swimming pools, game rooms, movie theatres, home taverns, arts + crafts rooms, music rooms, chef's kitchens, and much, much more.  A magical experience for the entire family! 
 
Since opening in July of 2021, nearly 300 families have vacationed at one of the Tommy's Place homes. In 2024, Tommy's Place began offering 104 magical vacations per year at its two vacation homes. Tommy's Place receives guest referrals from 11 New England children's hospitals and all families are placed through a lottery system. Guests are aged 3-17, actively being treated for pediatric cancer, and living permanently and full-time in New England.
