My Story…
We are running the 2025 Falmouth Road Race in memory of our son and sibling, Matthew Harty. Matthew was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease shortly after he was born. His battle with Mitochondrial disease did not define him - Matthew brought joy into every life he touched. Matthew passed away on December 19th, 2013, at the age of 8 years old. He continues to shine his light on us and inspires us every day.
Please consider donating to support those who are currently fighting Mitochondrial disease, and in memory of Matthew.
Thank you for your support!
