I'm running in honor of my Uncle Reno and Vanessa, a close family friend who was like a sister to me. Losing them to addiction at a young age was incredibly difficult. These experiences opened my eyes to how deeply addiction affects not just individuals but families too. It's something that's shaped who I am and why I care so deeply about being part of the solution.
