This August, I’m proud to be running the Falmouth Road Race for the second time as part of Team HIT (Heroes In Transition) — an incredible organization that supports veterans and their families.

As a veteran myself, I can personally speak to the life-changing impact of HIT’s programs. They’ve helped me and countless others at no cost, offering connection, healing, and support when it’s needed most.

But here's the thing — these programs are only possible because of fundraisers like this one.
