My Story…
My daughter, Aquinnah, was diagnosed with Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) in 2023. We are grateful to the amazing doctors at Children's and Dana-Farber for diagnosing her at such a young age. Most women are not diagnosed until later in life, after lung damage and other effects have occurred.
I am running the Falmouth Road Race to raise awareness and funds for LAM. All funds raised through my page will be donated directly to funding the research of her doctor, Dr. Elizabeth Henske, and her lung clinic at the Brigham. No donation is too small. It means so much to us to have your support in all its forms. Thank you so much for donating whatever you are able.
