Running for something bigger than miles.

This summer, I’m running the Falmouth Road Race to raise money for B Free, a nonprofit that’s doing seriously important work—bringing movement, mindfulness, and healing to communities that need it most.

From youth programs to first responders, they’re showing up where stress is high and resources are low—creating spaces for people to breathe, move, and heal. And they do it all through partnership, compassion, and purpose.
