Help Christine raise money

I am so excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race again this year for the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress!  The MDSC means so much to our family and the many other families that also have loved ones with Down Syndrome. 

We received Brendan's diagnosis of Down Syndrome when I was just 12 weeks pregnant and we were overwhelmed by the news and fear of the unknowns.  The MDSC immediately embraced us and offered support and connection to us from the very early days of receiving this diagnosis through their First Call program, introducing us to other families in the community and allowing us to see that our children are more alike than different.    We are so grateful for the MDSC community, through the family support groups we have been built friendships and our own network of support- some of whom I am excited to run with on race day!    

We are so proud of our son Brendan- he lights up every room he enters and makes friends everywhere we go and continues to show us every day how smart, determined and funny he is. The MDSC continues to support families and individuals with Down Syndrome throughout their life through advocacy and educational programs that help our loved ones live life to the fullest, and this work is more important than ever. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for Brendan and thank the MDSC in their role in that.  Please help me support the MDSC and their important mission in any way that you can!
