Hi, I’m Bethany Parke and I am so honored and excited to be running the Falmouth road race in August with team Make-a-Wish MA/RI!
Growing up I endured chronic pancreatitis, numerous hospitalizations and procedures for years. In 2016 I had a life changing surgery that qualified me to received a Wish from Make a Wish Ma and RI. My Wish was later granted to have an amazing trip with my Family to Disney World. This trip brought me and my family so much joy and healing.
Now I want to help raise money to help grant wishes for other critically ill children and their families so that they can experience that same joy and healing from receiving a wish. Please consider making a donation that will help grant life changing Wishes! All donations big or small make a huge impact in accomplishing my goal!
Description
Together, we create life-changing wish experiences for children with critical illnesses. Every year, approximately 500 Massachusetts and Rhode Island children are newly diagnosed with a serious illness and newly eligible for a wish. Our ultimate goal is to grant wishes for every medically eligible child in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
