Hello, dear friends and relatives! I am participating in the 2025 Falmouth Road Race (FRR) as a member of Team EndALZ. This is a two-tiered commitment for me:
(1) I am currently training to traverse the 7-mile FRR course from Woods Hole to Falmouth via some combination of running, jogging, and walking. If I am successful, this will be the 16th time I have participated in the FRR.
(2) I am committed to using my FRR participation as a vehicle to raising money for the Alzheimer's Association, as part of Team EndALZ. My beloved wife of 61 years, Susan, will be the beacon lighting my steps for my 7-mile trek.
I humbly ask you to lighten my load as I traverse the FRR course by making a donation in support of my participation. As a token of my gratitude for your donation, I promise to carry with me along the FRR route all names of dementia-stricken friends or relatives that you send me.
