This year I will be running the Falmouth Road Race on August 17 to support the Nicholas G. Xiarhos Memorial Foundation, which supports veterans, military families, and first responders in memory of United States Marine Corporal Nicholas G. Xiarhos. Cpl. Xiarhos was born and raised on Cape Cod and tragically lost his life going to the rescue of his brother Marines in combat in southern Afghanistan on July 23, 2009 at age 21.
The Foundation does OUTSTANDING work in supporting veterans, families, and first responders in our community of Sandwich and across the Cape. Please consider a tax-deductible donation to support their continued work.
