My Story…
I am proud to be running the 2025 Falmouth Road Race in support of a cause close to my heart.
Having lost my wife Elaine in 2013 and leaving behind three young children I know the importance of having support thru out the years from friends, families and various organizations. Running through Empower provides a way for me to give back to the young children who have lost a parent.
I sincerely thank you for your support and more importantly helping these incredible kids.

Description
Join me in supporting Empower by helping me raise money as I take on the 2025 Falmouth Road Race!
Empower is an international nonprofit with a very specific mission — to empower, support, and connect children and young adults (up through age 24) who have experienced the loss of a parent. Empower provides events that remind children they are not alone in their grief, and a unique one-on-one mentor program with positive role models from the community who help teach, “loss is survivable.”
Cara was nine years old when her mother Kit died of breast cancer and formed Empower as a grassroots movement out of the gratitude she had for all the layers of support her family received growing up. Empower operates with a lean staff and thousands of volunteers from across the globe and all programs remain at no charge to the family.
