Hi there! I am beyond excited to be participating in my 7th ASICS Falmouth Road Race. This year, I am humbled and honored to represent the Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF) as a member of Team JAF for the second year in row!
The Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF) is committed to providing financial assistance for everyday expenses to patients living with cancer – any age, any type of cancer – who are residents of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. We help with household expenses, food, transportation, unforeseen extraordinary expenses, and resources for self-care and emotional support. Thank you for your support!
Having numerous friends & family members impacted by cancer over the years, I am running in honor of them and those who have fought & those who are currently fighting the battle. The effect cancer has on patients and families extends far beyond the hospital walls which is why organizations, such as JAF, are so important.

Description
The Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF) is committed to providing assistance to patients of all ages, any cancer, throughout New England who are struggling financially due to a cancer diagnosis. JAF understands that everyday living expenses don’t stop because of a diagnosis, and JAF provides various programs to help patients make ends meet. Because patients and families must often devote all their energy and resources toward treatment, the Foundation helps alleviate financial and emotional stress by providing grants to assist with rent/mortgage, transportation to treatment, food, and more. Through our Assistance Programs, the grant recipients can focus on their cancer treatment and not the financial distress that comes with it.
