Carolyn Fitzpatrick, the matriarch of our family, was diagnosed in 2013 with early onset Alzheimer's at the young age of 56. What should have been some of the best times of her life - being an empty nester and watching her grandchildren grow up - were robbed from her by this awful disease. After seven short years, Alzheimer's took away a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. We are raising money and running the 2025 Falmouth Road Race with the End Alzheimer's Team in honor of Carolyn Fitzpatrick so that we can move closer to finding a cure for this heartbreaking disease. Any donation amount will bring us closer to our goal!!

Team End ALZ is raising vital awareness and funding to support local families and individuals facing Alzheimer's and dementia while funding research for treatments and a cure. We run to honor and remember. We run for the first survivor. Please donate today!
