It's that time of year again! 7 glorious miles in muggy summer heat, but this time, for a great cause!
In my life, mental health and running have been inextricably linked. Most of the time, training for a race is what reminds me to take care of my body and keep it moving. This year, I'm so excited to be teaming up with an organization I admire so much.
