My Story
I'm running the Falmouth Road Race this year to honor Vanessa Marcotte's memory and support the urgent work of women's safety. The statistics are staggering - 60% of women experience harassment while running, over 600 women are assaulted every single day, and 1 in 3 women will experience sexual violence in their lifetime. These aren't just numbers; they represent mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends who deserve to move through the world without fear.
Your donation will directly support programs that teach personal safety awareness, fund safety technology research, and provide educational opportunities for young women. When you support my run, you're not just cheering me through 7.1 miles along the Cape Cod coastline; you're helping create safer communities and better opportunities for women everywhere.
