This will be my first year running the Falmouth Road Race to help fundraise for Journey Forward. Journey Forward is a non-profit dedicated to bettering the lives of those with spinal cord injuries. To run for an organization that focuses on the importance of exercise, specifically those living with paralysis, is extremely inspiring.
