I'm participating in the Falmouth Road Race this year in memory of my brother, James Lavin, and his best friend, Owen Higgins, while raising funds for the 10-19 Foundation. This will be my 4th year running for 10-19 and double-digits for total Falmouth Road Races overall (I've lost count)! The race never gets easier..
