I am so honored to be running the 2025 Falmouth Road Race as a member of the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation Team.
I'm a female runner who often runs alone and I shouldn’t ever feel unsafe while doing so. I wholeheartedly support VTMF’s mission to promote female empowerment and gender equality. We need to advocate for a world where women are safe and free to live boldly and fearlessly. And until that day, the VTMF is here to provide safety and self-defense training, as well as programs for youth organizations to address the root causes of violence.

Please support my charity run for the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation. Together, we can help create a safer world. The Foundation works to decrease objectification and violence, and to promote safety awareness and gender equality. It furthers its mission of empowering women to live boldly and fearlessly by providing vital resources, personal safety training and educational opportunities, as well as through partnerships with like-minded organizations to address the root causes of violence against women.
