Help us raise money

Eight years ago, our Foundation was created with the following goal in mind: to fund the delivery of a range of special education services, staff development training and on-site assistance to a broad community of non-public and public schools and programs that share and honor our mission of serving all types of learners. 

We help all kids

•    who can’t focus in school and/or who can’t sit still in a classroom 

•    who need more time to process information than the student sitting next to them

•    plan and organize themselves, their workload and provide tips on how best to be successful 

•    learn to read and train teachers on different teaching methods to support their students’ reading challenges

•    who take longer to grasp information or need to have it delivered differently - we all learn differently 

•    preserve their self esteem with social-emotional needs and fund summer camp so they can have the same experiences as their peers 

We support all teachers 

•    in identifying learning differences and how best to teach to student strengths

•    in understanding how the brain works so they understand different does not equal dumb

•    with literacy training in Orton Gillingham and Lexia Core5 

We encourage all families

•    to receive advocacy services to help them through the complex special education process

•    to become involved in our Parent Network where challenges are openly discussed and strategies recommended
