Captain Jack Casey Memorial 5K

Captain Jack T Casey, USMC Memorial 5K will be held at St Thomas Aquinas High School May 25, 2025 at 9AM. Jack, who was born and raised in Dover, NH, was a CH53E helicopter pilot who was killed, with four other crewmen, while on active duty on 2/7/2024.
This 5K will help fund a secondary education scholarship for local high school seniors, as well as cadets at Virginia Military Institute, Lexington VA. In life, Jack had a positive impact on so many people, with his light humor, leadership, and willingness to help others in any way he could. We strive to have Jack's legacy continue to help others improve their lives.
Participants are welcome to run or walk.
Register by Jack's Birthday APRIL 19 to get a free race shirt
Register ONLINE until 9:00 AM the day of the race. Bib pickup is Saturday May 24 from 3-5 PM at STA and beginning at 7AM the day of the race

What an incredible tribute to Jack and our fallen heroes. The outpouring of support for Jack and his scholarship shows how amazing our community truly is. Jack always bragged about his home and you all held true!
The final count was 467 registered runners, and even more came to show support for Jack and each other.
We were so happy to see all of you and even happier you got to see each other.
