By registering for the 2025 intro. group, you are automatically registered for the East Coast Beast Coast 8km trail race, at no extra cost. Of course it's up to you if you want to run it, but it's highly encouraged. In 2024 it was one of the most inspiring days with over 80 intro. group participants racing their first race ever!

ECBC RACE DETAILS (aka, your goal race)
Your goal race is the East Coast Beast Coast 8km at Rockwood Park on June 28, 2025. You will enjoy an 8km loop of beautiful single track trail in one of the largest municipal parks in North America.
